As a MESSA member, you have access to a large network of pharmacies across Michigan. You can use the Find a network pharmacy search tool to locate a pharmacy that accepts your MESSA prescription plan.

If you need to verify which plan you have, log in to your MyMESSA account and select Benefits.

For members with plans that require home delivery of 90-day prescriptions, you can enroll in OptumRx home delivery. To get started, log in to your MyMESSA account and select Rx home delivery or call OptumRx at 1-800-788-4863, TTY 711.
